Test ink for measuring surface energy
The surface energy of an object can be measured by measuring the contact angle or using Tantec's special test ink (DyneTEC).
The method for testing the surface energy of objects using this ink is the same as the principle for testing the surface energy of PP films using international standards. When the test ink is applied to the surface of the object, a continuous thin layer is formed on the surface, or it is retracted into tiny droplets. If the film formed by the ink can stay for more than three seconds, the surface energy of the object is not less than the ink value. If the ink is meshed, the surface energy of the object is lower than the ink value. The surface energy of an object can be accurately measured by increasing or decreasing the value of the ink.
The test ink is bottled and contains a soft brush with a volume of 10ml. It can measure 30-58mN / m (increments of 2mN / m) and 72mN / m surface energy.
Tantec has two test inks, one is made according to international standards, light blue.
The other is the ink developed by Tantec, which is light yellow and can be used for reference. This ink cannot be used to test the surface energy of PP materials.
Features:
·Easy to use Apply the soft brush to the surface of the bottle.
·International Standards Ink based on international standards is used to provide evidence.
·Can test the surface energy of 30-72mN / m Can test the surface energy of 30-58mN / m and 72mN / m.
·The test speed is 3 seconds faster to get the test results.
·Two types of inks Tantec has two types of inks, one is made according to international standards, and the other is independently developed for reference, but it is not suitable for PP materials.
